Coming out of the pandemic we have been awakened as to where there are the weaknesses in the western model of health.  People have found it’s important to seek other forms of healing. Something that will help them heal themselves, build a better immunity, and also longevity. Bodywork, acupuncture, and herbal medicine are just three aspects of Chinese medicine.

We chat about why these three disciplines are so important to our daily lives.

And, how using these forms of healing can reduce:

  • Stress

  • Lack of sleep

  • Pain

  • Infertility

  • And more!

Something that is fascinating Tsao-Lin shares about how stress is the number one disruptor of reproductive hormones. When someone is stressed, particularly women, it really affects their cycle. When a woman is struggling to get pregnant, just dealing with that alone, then going to a medical office and being told something is wrong with them, the stress really adds up!

Western culture’s way of doing this is to look for what’s wrong, not what’s right.

There are so many aspects to our health. We can’t look at just biological and physiological, there’s an aspect of spirituality that’s a part of becoming a parent as well as overall health.

She is also an author and she shares her reluctance to write a book, and her journey to its coming to fruition. Soak up some more of her knowledge by grabbing her book here.

As the holidays are coming upon us we are around more family, friends, and eating foods we don’t normally eat. Tsao-Lin is sharing with us some tips to try and stay healthy this season!
