Episode 25: TAPIN to Living Your Best Life with SOULutionist Brenda Warren

TUNE IN: APPLE PODCASTS | SPOTIFY | STITCHER

What if your past could fuel you to live your best daily life? That is exactly how my guest, the SOULutionist, Brenda Warren lives. For so many years she was held physically and mentally hostage by the shame of her past, that she didn’t realize the gift of her past.

Brenda Warren shares how she took action in her own life to improve her mental and physical health. Now, she helps individuals and businesses TAPIN to their souls and finds out what would light a spark in their lives.

Brenda is known as a Voice for the voiceless, retired United States Marine, author, host of the show Talk To Me, a Podcast, and Mental Fitness Coach.

After traveling the world for 33 years teaching others about leadership, self-care, cultivating healthy relationships, and spiritual growth, all of this would be put to the test when Brenda Warren had a mental breakdown in 2013 while serving as Director of Environmental Services at a hospital. Diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and Military Sexual Trauma (MST). In 2011 she was overmedicated and unheard by doctors and family. Their one-step approach to care left her desperate to find her voice and solutions to her ongoing issues which included chronic pain disorders.

Brenda now conducts interviews on her own show Talk To Me and teaches others mental fitness, using a mind, body, and soul approach. She empowers people to find their Voice, show up, and power up, in their own unique way to live a well-balanced life. As the author of Soul Searching Get Onboard For Transformation Using the TAPIN method, she shares her TAPIN method at churches and other organizations across the country. She has been featured on the Tanya Bardo Angels United Podcast, Sheila Mac Show, and was the Host of the Brooklyn Cafe TV Show Editors Desk.

In today’s episode, we talk about her career and personal journey as a marine, to a Director of Environmental Services at a hospital, overmedicated, improving her gut health, and eventually starting her own business as a Mental Fitness Coach.

Coaches are truly making a difference one experience at a time!
