Episode 3: Stay Active During The Holiday Season

In today’s episode, I’m giving you simple tips on simply moving your body, activating your brain, and finding joy during this Holiday Season.
My first tip is foam rolling. I will be walking you through some simple actions you can with your foam roller, to reduce the tension you may be holding on to. And - if you don’t have a foam roller, I’ll give some tips as well.
There are also things like getting outside, taking long walks, or simply standing while you watch TV that will be beneficial to your well being.
Another stress reducer is to activate your brain.
You can do this through games, puzzles, crosswords. Ideally not technology. By doing this, it will activate your brain, and at the same time reduce stress by causing you to only focus on one thing.
I am sharing with you my story of my Dad, what an amazing man he was, and how he inspired me to live a healthier, happier lifestyle. I hope that by listening today, you’re inspired as well, to enjoy your family, spend time with them, make memories, and find joy together.
