It happened… I got COVID.

It definitely caught me off guard. I had tried to take all the precautions, but it happened anyway. And let me tell you, it was not fun.

I was already dealing with stress from so many other parts of my life. Running a business, keeping up with friendships, being in a relationship and trying to plan a wedding… it was all so overwhelming. Then on top of that, COVID made me feel bad physically and emotionally.

So I wanted to get a little personal today in this quick solo episode. Getting COVID taught me a lot about how to deal with stress, so today I’m sharing four easy things you can do the next time you’re feeling stressed.
