The More You Read the More You Know

When I was younger, you would find my head in so many books but as I got older technology got the best of me. Between social media, TV, and work e-mails I traded in reading for viewing every day of my life. After awhile your brain starts to turn to mush from all the technology and it needs some sort of activity to lift that fog. Three years ago I made the executive decision to read one book every 3 months due to what I claimed was a busy schedule. Once I got into a routine of reading I couldn’t stop and I kept exploring different genres and authors. Autobiographies, mysteries, criminal justice, and science nutrition are a few of my favorite types of books to read.
